January is a good time for a 'tune-up'. Taking care of our physical health can be a common new years resolution. At times our mental health also can use time to recharge. Anxiety and depression can often make activities of daily living more difficult. It can effect our sleep and eating habits as well as our motivation and energy. I often hear from clients how they, at times, started off on the right foot and then get distracted or give up. I encourage taking one step at a time which can really help with long term progress and happiness.
