Group sessions are around the corner! At times in therapy, group counseling can be an effective way to process thoughts and feelings. Based on your individual therapy sessions it may be recommended to try group. There will be 4-6 weekly sessions which will discuss topics such as mindfulness, nutrition and yoga. Finding ways to cope with anxiety and depression can be truly helpful in your journey! At times it may be anxiety provoking to join group, however the growth and change will shift those feelings of discomfort to progress. More details to come, please inquire!
